Our Vision

To achieve this vision, we work in partnership with all levels of government, funded services, communities and individuals to identify needs and find solutions.

Our Values

The core values on which the culture of the Amiable Community Care and Ethical Support Services (ACCESS) is based are those of: Client Service, Ethics, Integrity, Respect, Collaboration and Learning. These values ensure responsive and accountable services to the people of Queensland.

Our Mission

Our mission is to have a safe environment for each person entrusted to our care and to empower individuals to build and achieve their goals.

Points of Culture

  • Ethics – We believe in doing the right thing by each other and for the business and encouraging honesty and being accountable for our own actions. We treat everyone with respect.
  • Accountability – Being accountable for your own actions and decisions made and learn by them. Be willing to accept, learn and grow from these decisions.
  • Respect – We value and respect each other. We approach our interactions with honesty and thoughtfulness. We are valued for what we contribute and not by our positions or education.
  • Collaborations and Learning – We foster a positive work environment with kind and thoughtful leadership. Team work is encouraged and all are encouraged to communicate.
  • No Gossip – We have a ‘no gossip’ rule, that no one gossips about any one person or the business. We encourage a positive can-do attitude.
