Meet Our Team

Amanda

Hey, My name is Amanda, I am the team leader and a support worker for ACCESS. 

I have been supporting people with mental health and/or disabilities for quite a long time and my passion to support people has only grown over time.

My favourite part of doing this type of work is advocating for people, having fun with clients and guiding the people we support as well as the support workers.

I am blessed to work for the ACCESS team and their clients.

Meghan

Hi there! I’m Meghan, I’ve been a disability support worker for ACCESS since April 2022. 

For 13 years prior, I had been working with elderly residents as a co-ordinator for a dementia day program. 

I’m loving the change of scenery working with our ACCESS clients. I have the experience, patience and caring nature that I believe is essential to be a support worker. 

A great, and slightly warped, sense of humour helps too! 

Mandy

My name is Mandy,

I have worked for ACCESS since august 2021.

I have enjoyed working with our clients and my position as a disability support worker.

I now work alongside Amanda as Team Leader for ACCESS.

I enjoy talking and interacting with our team of support workers daily.

I also enjoy working closely with our clients, watching them reach their goals.

It’s a great feeling going to work, doing something you love and making a difference

In the clients every day lives.

Caroline

My name is Caroline.  I have been working within the industry for a little over 12 years and I continue to love what I do, especially when I get to see my client’s reach their goals.

It’s also a privilege to witness people grow within themselves, and is truly the reason why I continue to work in this industry.   

Sophia

I’m Sophia and I have a passion for helping people live their best life.

I’ve been doing this line of work for 5 years and am currently studying nursing to grown further into my dream career.

I’ve been with ACCESS for only a short while, but it has always been a wonderful group of people to work with. I get treated really well and they go above and beyond for both staff and clients.
