Hi I’m Shery
I started Amiable Community Care and Ethical Support Services (ACCESS) in July 2020. Previously I’d been working for a large support provider for over 10 years, in which I learnt all about the NDIS and community services.
I also learned about the things in the industry that didn’t work so well in large organisations. High staff turnover meant clients often missed out on the individual care and attention to detail they deserve. So I decided to fix this by putting together a team of exceptional support workers to form a small family run disability support services business in line with my values.
We became a NDIS registered provider in 2021.
Our team of disability support workers are amazing, we pride ourselves on our people centric approach and do our very best to have reliable, honest, loyal team members.
We are there to take the stress away from you, to help you reach your goals and support you to be able to achieve what ever it is you want.
