Meet Our Team

Jenni

My name is Jenni. I’ve been working with ACCESS since March 2023.

I’ve been working in the disability industry for four years. Prior to that I worked in the early learning industry for over 20 years, and specialised in inclusive support for children.

I love what I do and enjoy assisting people to reach their goals to participate in their community.

Meghan

Hi there! I’m Meghan, I’ve been a disability support worker for ACCESS since April 2022. 

For 13 years prior, I had been working with elderly residents as a co-ordinator for a dementia day program. 

I’m loving the change of scenery working with our ACCESS clients. I have the experience, patience and caring nature that I believe is essential to be a support worker. 

A great, and slightly warped, sense of humour helps too! 

Mandy

My name is Mandy,

I have worked for ACCESS since august 2021.

I have enjoyed working with our clients and my position as a disability support worker.

I now work as a Team Leader for ACCESS.

I enjoy talking and interacting with our team of support workers daily.

I also enjoy working closely with our clients, watching them reach their goals.

It’s a great feeling going to work, doing something you love and making a difference

In the clients every day lives.

Caroline

My name is Caroline.  I have been working within the industry for a little over 12 years and I continue to love what I do, especially when I get to see my client’s reach their goals.

It’s also a privilege to witness people grow within themselves, and is truly the reason why I continue to work in this industry.   

Sophia

I’m Sophia and I have a passion for helping people live their best life.

I’ve been doing this line of work for 5 years and am currently studying nursing to grown further into my dream career.

I’ve been with ACCESS for only a short while, but it has always been a wonderful group of people to work with. I get treated really well and they go above and beyond for both staff and clients.
